The Role
This founding role will own and revolutionize how we deliver our AI coaching platform across the enterprise. Youll be the strategic architect of how Nadia our AI coach adapts to each organizations unique needs from customizing landing pages and coaching flows to finetuning response patterns and implementing specialized features. Working at the intersection of technical implementation and client strategy youll ensure every user has a truly personalized experience that feels native to their company culture whether thats at the organizational divisional or regional level.
This is a role for someone who can both execute and innovate. Youll be responsible for developing our customization playbook from the ground up working directly with our Customer Success team to conduct technical discovery sessions gather requirements (from leadership frameworks to performance processes) and implement solutions through sophisticated prompt engineering and variable configuration. More than just taking requests youll be our expert voice in guiding clients toward optimal solutions that scale building the foundation for how enterprisegrade AI coaching evolves.

What Youll Do
Own the endtoend customization strategy and implementation process for all enterprise clients
Design and implement scalable solutions for clientspecific customizations across prompts variables landing pages and specialized coaching flows
Partner with Engineering and Customer Success to develop a systematic approach to customization that balances client needs with platform scalability
Lead technical discovery and implementation meetings with clients pushing back when needed and guiding them toward optimal solutions
Develop and maintain the playbook for new client launches including standardized processes for gathering requirements implementing customizations and testing
Create reusable templates and components that accelerate deployment while maintaining quality
Work crossfunctionally to ensure customizations drive both buyer satisfaction and user engagement
Identify patterns across client needs to inform product development and platform capabilities
What Were Looking For
4 years of experience in consulting and/or similar clientfacing technical roles.
Outstanding communication skills including active listening and ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders to manage requests.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex client requirements into relevant learning solutions leveraging Valences tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
Experience working with APIs preferably with exposure to LLMs or AI systems
Track record of developing scalable processes and documentation
Passion for AI/ML and its application in enterprise settings
Startup experience preferred; proven comfort with ambiguity and high velocity is a must.

Location and Work Environment
This role is 3 days a week (Tues Thursday) minimum in office in Union Square at 33 Irving Place. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK) and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
