Job Description
As a Program Manager at VusionGroup you will play a pivotal role in leading key strategic programs for our top 15 customers in the EMEA region. You will manage crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of customer solutions and services driving optimal return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration with crossfunctional and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs aligning with the goals of toptier customers in EMEA.
- Program Leadership: Oversee the program team ensuring that customer solutions and services are delivered on schedule and meet specifications maximizing ROI for VusionGroup.
- Program Development: Define program scope deliverables resource requirements and create a comprehensive program plan that includes risk management strategies budgeting and performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Task Management: Create detailed task assignments and activate escalation protocols as needed to address issues proactively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Engineering Product Management Supply Chain and Legal teams to exceed customer expectations and achieve business objectives.
- Risk Management: Take the lead in initial risk assessments and mitigation planning continuously monitoring risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
- Budget Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets ensuring alignment with established business goals and objectives.
- Lessons Learned: Implement a process for capturing and analyzing lessons learned from each program conducting internal reviews with the delivery team to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Experience
- Previous significant experience in a similar role within a fastgrowing company in ICT industry
- Knowledge of the retail industry is a strong asset
Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional skills in leadership time management and organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders of all level both internal and external
- German and English skills both written and spoken
