Job Description

As a Strategic Accounts Solutions Architect you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients needs. You will work closely with Program Management Sales Product Management R&D and clients to design and implement VusionGroup solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to understand customer requirements and present the bestfitting solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Provide technical support during the integration of VusionGroup solution into customers ecosystem
- Manage the implementation project from the lab until the industrialization of the solution in collaboration with the Program Manager
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to the Customers Projects
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams:
- to relay customer needs and suggest product improvements
- To support them during brand new products/features implementation
- Train clients on new technologies and solutions to ensure successful adoption.
- Technical expertise: as a senior position in the PM team be a technical expert of VusionGroup solutions able to train the team on the new products and be involved into new comer onboarding
Qualifications :
Qualifications were looking for.
Experience
Successful experience 3 to 5 year) in a similar position Solution Engineer in retail AI or Computer vision.
Education
- Engineering degree (Retail or IT specilialization is a plus).
Skills/Abilities
- Selfstarter with proven trackrecord.
- Excellent Relations skills ranging from store level to company Clevel.
- Background in retail.
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
- Able to communicate fluently in English in a business setting (verbal & written)
- Another major language is a plus.
