Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate law contract negotiations and risk management.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years experience as Legal Counsel or similar role
- Prior experience with IT Consulting/IT service or labour hire agencies
- Proficient in IT Service and labour hire contracts
- Skilled in drafting MSA and NDA contracts
- Expert in Professional Indemnity and Public Liability
- Strong grasp of corporate contract and intellectual property law
- Experience negotiating diverse commercial contracts
- Ability to provide legal advice on corporate governance
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks efficiently
