Job Description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated person to join our company as a Technical Executive. Reporting to the Industrial Products Senior Manager the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:
- Take ownership of our products in relation to the local industry
- Understand in detail the requirement of our clients
- Provide technical support and expertise on industrial products to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and distributors.
- Assist in product selection troubleshooting and application recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- Assist in quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support the maintenance team with training requirements in advance
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a technical background and possibly have experience working in a similar environment.
- Have a strong understanding of industrial equipment machinery or related products.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in the English language (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
