The Kronos Technical Lead will primarily focus on managing daily support. This opportunity is for an experienced Technical Lead with exposure to the Kronos time and attendance system. The Lead will partner with other system analysts to provide excellent customer service and delivery of time and attendance projects.
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Support Systems with broad latitude for independent action or decision the person in this role will need to have strong critical thinking and analytical skills strong communication capability and be able to resolve complex issues and escalations with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities include the following:
Lead the Kronos support team in the support of Kronos to develop/deliver welldesigned solutions for time and attendance projects/enhancements based on business requirements.
Motivate mentor and guide the team to achieve assignments.
Coordinate with other support teams as needed.
Work closely with business analysts/stakeholders to understand the business needs interpret requirements and understand how Kronos can be configured to meet those needs.
Architect solutions that meet stakeholders expectations and are optimized for efficient support.
Work with Kronos support to resolve complex system issues with minimal oversight.
Prepare mockups including page layout navigation and design flows.
Lead the team in debugging troubleshooting prioritization and fixing defects.
Implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

Qualifications :
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science information systems engineering mathematics or related field and six years of satisfactory fulltime experience related to enterprise architecture solutions architecture network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems; or
2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and ten years of satisfactory fulltime experience related to enterprise architecture solutions architecture network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems; or
3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 or 2 above.
