As a PCA you will work directly with residents in their apartments providing essential care assisting with daily living activities and fostering a safe healthy environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and make a significant impact by delivering personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance with grooming bathing dressing and hygiene needs
- Support mobility transfers and range of motion exercises
- Assist with household tasks like laundry meal planning and light cleaning
- Ensure medication compliance with reminders and basic administration
- Create a clean safe and therapeutic environment for residents
- Document services and changes in client condition
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team setting with a caring patientfocused attitude
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
