Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical sales support and align our solutions with our customers vision.
- Execute product demos for potential customers emphasizing the power of AI Agents in customer communications.
- Assess prospect challenges showcase how AI automation and datadriven interactions can drive efficiency and present solutions effectively.
- Document prospect needs and relay feedback to our product & engineering teams.
- Address technical and product questions from internal teams prospects and channel partners particularly those related to AI models integrations and automation.
- Stay current on AI and customer engagement trends and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance AIpowered solutions.
ABOUT YOU:
- Owner mentality with accountability for outcomes and team quality.
- 46 years of experience in PreSales Engineering at a fastgrowing SaaS company with expertise in AI automation or conversational AI.
- Expertise in at least three of the following: CCaaS CX MarTech AI/ML APIs & Programming.
- Passion for AI and automation driving real business impact.
- Comfortable discussing NLP LLMs and AI automation with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex AI and automation concepts to nontechnical people.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
