You will have a meticulous eye for detail a passion for perfection and extensive experience working in luxury hotel environments. You will be expected to lead by example motivating and training your team to deliver impeccable standards of room presentation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities as the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and encouraging excellence
- Conducting room inspections and ensuring all areas meet the hotels high standards
- Inventory management and control of housekeeping supplies
- Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or issues regarding housekeeping service
- Training new team members and providing ongoing support and development for existing staff
