Lead and mentor warehouse personnel promoting a culture of safety accountability and teamwork
Monitor productivity and assign tasks to maintain optimal workflow
Oversee inventory accuracy and shipment verification through meticulous data entry
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Conduct audits investigations and reporting to uphold safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Oneyear certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership
Ability to work accurately with numbers and convert weight metrics as required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to safety problemsolving and process optimization
