Located in Jonesboro Arkansas we seek a seasoned Director of Finance to lead our Finance Team. As the Director of Finance you will provide leadership technical vision and successful of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Team has the tools and skills necessary to achieve our project plans. Specific Responsibilities include:
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following other duties as assigned:
The Director of Finance is responsible for all financial aspects of the operating company and establishing the proper control environment. Reporting directly to the Operating Company President the Director of Finance reviews all areas of the business to look for opportunities for margin efficiency utilization and cost improvements. This position also directs plans and manages the daytoday weekly and monthly accounting activities that are required to produce the monthly financial reports. Responsibilities include the monthend close and reporting process adhoc reporting monthly analysis of results and management of working capital.
The Director of Finance is a member of the executive team and oversees the annual budgeting and reforecasting process. This person reviews pricing and costing actions as it relates to product line and business profitability making recommendations to improve Company performance. In addition this person is expected to recommend design and develops processes in all areas of financial management including but not limited to discounts credit processes and policies international business terms and transactions order processing customer communications and working capital.
As a leader in the business the Director of Finance must always keep a customer perspective on all actions and activities while maintaining appropriate internal controls. The Director of Finance is expected to be a business partner with the President.

Able to stand walk bend twist and reach with arms and hands. Good visual acuity to see computer screens and read fine print on a variety of reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The position is an officebased position with frequent visits to the manufacturing area. In the manufacturing area employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud.
