The NittyGritty of What youll be doing:

• Oversee and manage all operations of new and preowned recreational vehicles.
• Ensure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit.
• Ensure sales personnel are well trained motivated and available when needed.
• Determine sales quotas for sales personnel in accordance with their skill levels.
• Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance insurance and extended service programs.
• Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits.
• Crosssell parts accessories and readytoride products to customers.
• Establish departmental work schedule balancing the workload of all employees.
• Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews in a timely manner

• Must have experience in Sales and specifically Motorcycles
• Your love for providing exceptional customer service
• Enjoys a fastpaced environment is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude
• Leadership/Management experience
