- Contribute to the smooth operation of UWAs Schools through highquality administrative support.

- Fulltime appointment on a fixedterm basis to July 2027.
- Base salary range: $74450 $79085 p.a. plus 17 superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the Universitys schools including Heads of School academic staff and research students. The Schools Operations team plays a key role in delivering administrative support and services to ensure the effective functioning of UWA Schools. The team is committed to continuous improvement and best practices fostering a highquality service environment.
About the opportunity
- Provide a broad range of administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of school activities.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate school operations research administration and graduate student support.
- Play a vital role in improving service delivery by identifying and implementing process improvements.
About you
- Strong administrative experience in a fastpaced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in various computing applications including word processing spreadsheets databases and email.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to provide highquality customer service.
