- Comply with all safety and OSHA procedures and requirements.
- Be responsible for repairs assigned and listed on the work order. This includes all additional notes listed requesting special requests promises or repair procedures from company or customer.
- Covering any vehicle to be repaired in the prescribed manner to prevent overspray from coming in contact with vehicle surfaces.
- Performing initial tear down and thorough inspection for missing items and labors on work order. Reporting any items to Estimator and Parts Manager as quick as possible that the initial order of parts may be a complete order of parts.
- Completing the repairs in a quality manner following the companys Repair Standards.
- Applying undercoating corrosion protection gravel guard seam sealer weldthru primer and lubricants as the need presents itself or as listed on the repair order.
- After painting being responsible for reassembling headlight adjustment and other final alignments and adjustments prior to the car being delivered.
- All straightening and repairs will be according to factory specifications andICARprocedures including door hood and deck alignments chassis and frame measurements welded on unibody parts etc.
- Must possess a valid Florida drivers license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
