The Opportunity
Were looking for a highlyexperienced and passionateSous Chef (Full time) to join our culinary team. You will be an integral member of our team and will work closely with a team of inspired professionals who encourage and invite your contributions.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef and Chef trade qualification
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team lead by example
- Buildstrong relationships with producers and ensures quality sourced produce
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proactive and the willingness to take initiative and make sound business decisions
- Driven creative and a genuine passion for cookingand a strong customer service focus
- Current knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices growth mindset
- Commitment determination and reliability (with the availability to work late nights and on weekends as required)
- Able to demonstrate the capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role
- Must have full working rights in Australia
