Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited institution with at least one degree in construction interior design architecture engineering or closely related field. Two years of experience in construction industry; OR: A minimum of five 5 years of experience. Experience at the managerial/professional level. Relevant professional licensure and certification(s) may include but are not limited to: Optional: 1. Registration as an Architect (RA) Professional Engineer (PE) or Interior Designer NCIDQ . 2. Certification as a Project Management Professional PMP Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional PMI SP) or Certified Construction Professional CPC . 3. Accreditation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional LEED AP).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with construction technology and construction software programs. Experience with construction. A record of successful teaching experience as demonstrated through reappointment to teaching positions student evaluations peer evaluations and/or administrative evaluations. Licensure and/or certification in engineering architecture interior design LEED safety etc. More than two years of experience in design and/or the construction industry. Effective oral and written communication.
