Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Systems Management Accountant on behalf of a wellestablished Hotel Company who operate branded Hotels across the UK.
You will be working closely with a head office Finance team to support and maintain Group Finance systems. You will be providing Finance IT assistance to all group users and maintaining central records for all user setups maintaining robust controls across the group.
Location: Central London (on site role)
Salary: Up to 50000
Requirements
As a Systems Management Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Controlling the setup of users for all group PMS/EPOS systems
- Maintaining and overseeing all accounting systems user rights across the group
- Must understand Hotel Finance well (previous Management Accountant experience required).
- Oversee Finance IT user controls across the group
- Supporting groups Audit requests
- Maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures
- Run specified central Finance reports from all IT systems
- Working closely with local Finance teams improving Finance IT processes and making efficiency improvements
- Liaising with external auditors when required
- Preparation of data for yearend audit files
Must have:
- You need to be a Systems driven individual
- Advanced Excel and reports skills
- At least 24 years Finance experience
- Have worked and gained experience within a hotel or Hospitality environment
- Some form of Finance education would support your application better.
