- Search for potential clients interested in real estate properties
- Perform detailed market analysis focused on assessing property values
- Offer precise pricing recommendations to clients based on market analysis
- Assist clients in the process of purchasing and selling properties
- Ensure that clients requirements and preferences are satisfied throughout real estate transactions
- Engage in negotiating contracts and sales terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients
- Sustain clear and consistent communication with clients during real estate transactions
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their transactions
- Address and resolve any inquiries or issues clients may have during real estate transactions
- Proven track record of success in the Real Estate industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US (US Work Authorization)
