The Floor Manager Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of dinner. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. He/she is also responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests.

Education & Experience:
At least 2 years experience in a hotel restaurant or related field.
College course work in related field helpful.
