Responsibilities
- Involvement in Pre and Post Sales activities capturing customer technical and business requirements crafting a technical solution and working together with the Presales Solution Architect by providing context and direction in the sales and transition cycles.
- Act as Digital Transformation advisor to our customers by building tailored roadmaps for their Digital Workplace Services evolution.
- Document and design service offerings along with best practices and recommendations inside the Digital Workplace service catalog and drive their maturity growth.
- Collaboration with Delivery Teams in technical projects for design and architecture of solutions and their high level implementation plans.
- Contribute to Delivery capabilities and teams growth by providing technical mentorship and guidance.
What do you need to succeed:
- Experience in building and running Digital Workplace Transformation programs.
- Experience in designing architectures and services for Modern Endpoint Management using technologies such as:
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Windows Virtual Desktop
- Windows Virtual Machines
- VMWare Workspace One
- VMWare Horizon
- AirWatch
- Experience in designing architectures and services for Modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) covering access control modern authentication automation security and using technologies such as:
- Active Directory (LDAP PAM)
- Active Directory Federation Services (SSO)
- Azure Active Directory (Domain Services PIM AIP ATA SSO SCIM B2C)
- Azure Active Directory Connect
- Microsoft Identity Manager
- OKTA
- HP Operations Orchestration
- Strong handson implementation administration and support experience in communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 Services and Google for Business.
- Understanding of Endpoint health and user experience monitoring by leveraging tools such as:
- NexThink
- Zenoss
- Solarwinds
- Lakeside
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to socialize ideas make recommendations and gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.
- Excellent at communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Analytical mind with evaluative and problemsolving abilities able to define technical solutions aligned with clients business problems at an architectural and design level of detail.
- Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project and teams in a complex environment.
- Able to articulate and present business cases strategies and solutions to Clients and Internal Technical Teams.
- Stressresilient and able to cope with quick demand and priority changes.
