Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Albany United States. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing and implementing effective sales strategies and leading a highperforming sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure longterm business growth
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Create and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product development
  • Negotiate highvalue contracts and close complex sales deals
  • Continuously optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of 7 years in sales with at least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Industryspecific knowledge and experience (preferred)
  • Sales management certifications (preferred)

Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $100000 $140000 per year.

The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience education and certifications.

The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders bend and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools power tools and/or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
