Programme Delivery Director Temporary Accommodation
12 Month interim contract to start asap
South London
550 per day
Inside IR35
Fulltime 35 hours per week)

Reporting to the Programme Delivery Director Temporary Accommodation
you will be Providing the strategic leadership to the Temporary Accommodation Programme and the wider transformational thinking and ways of working across the organisation.
Your Role as Programme Delivery Director Temporary Accommodation:
Lead the delivery of the Temporary Accommodation programme plan and collaborate with the Head of Community Housing and other stakeholders in the Housing service and across the organization.
Provide oversight and leadership of a programme team to refine service requirements challenge services and maximize resources and opportunities to transform service delivery.
Ensure effective governance is in place to provide the Senior Leadership Team with program assurance oversight of delivery and benefits tracking of the Temporary Accommodation program including delivering significant financial benefits.
Work corporately with the Corporate Leadership Group and the Directorate Management Team to provide leadership direction and impact to the Temporary Accommodation program.
Your previous experience as a Programme Delivery Director Temporary Accommodation:
Knowledge and senior level experience of public sector Housing Services essential.
Experience of delivering change and transformation in a public sector environment
Ability to question and challenge conventional thinking with a continual eye on the bigger picture in terms of the corporate context and external environment
Ability to role model agility and adaptability in mindset and ways of working
Ability to work effectively and successfully with key stakeholders including Members residents businesses communities partner organisations and other public services
