Job Description

At Naples Wax Center (NWC) indulge in our expansive selection of body and facial waxing services within our luxurious and inviting atmosphere. With membership options and a strong local following our establishment sees a consistently high influx of guests.

The Multi Unit Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales and operations for Naples Wax Center within a geographic area. This position identifies attracts and develops talent to consistently deliver budget while growing the business. The typical span of control for the position is 36 locations. Team Member talent and performance development as well as sales and operational excellence are central to this role.


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Field and People Leadership

  • Lead Center Performance and inspire the Team to deliver and exceed both revenue and operating budgets.
  • Develop the Center Management Team to meet their full potential. Coach mentor and frequently visit Centers to evaluate and coach performance.
  • Identify recruit and develop talent across all levels of the Center. Establish proactive partnerships with beauty schools to drive Wax Specialist recruiting.
  • Train and role model the expected Naples Wax standards and protocols at all times.
  • Holds their team accountable for adhering to the same standards and protocols.
  • Effectively communicate and set direction with Center Team. Monitor performance provide recognition and feedback.
  • Ensure each center under supervision is always clean and immaculate and meets all brand standards. Center cleanliness is the responsibility of every employee.

Business Expectations and Rhythms

  • Deliver and manage the districts performance across revenue and KPIs.
  • Review and assess Center and Market KPIs daily. Coach and plan accordingly.
  • Create effective action plans with Centers to improve daily weekly monthly and annual
  • performance.
  • Deep mastery and coaching of sales and scripts.
  • Manage all aspects of traffic conversion and staffing to deliver optimal center performance.
  • Lead and organize operations including district payroll ordering and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Qualifications:

  • 5 years of related and applicable experience in sales driver management role
  • Bachelors Degree or applicable related work experience
  • Full proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated resultsoriented leadership
  • Selfmotivated and process focused
  • Team Member Centric
  • Outstanding communication skills

Work Environment

  • This position requires frequent travel within the geographic area.
  • Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments communicate with others.
  • Effectively deal with direct reports and customers and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
  • Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
  • Most work is performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.
  • Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Standing walking and sitting are required. Length of time for these tasks varies from day to day.
  • Must be able to exert wellpaced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients employees and above center leadership.
