Job Description

Responsibility for managing key customers and representing company interests
Developing and implementing key account sales strategies
Coordinating sales processes across departments (Marketing Sales Support Legal Customer Service Controlling) and external customers
Planning and executing customer activities including instore excellence product presentation and marketing campaigns
Handling sales planning reporting product planning and customer order followups
Driving business growth through customer acquisition expanding product displays and increasing inhouse share

Key Customer Management

Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key customers
Developing customer plans core range definitions and display strategies
Managing order and logistics processes payment controls and crediting procedures

Sales Support Activities

Implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives collecting market feedback and benchmarking
Conducting store visits to ensure product positioning and visibility
Supervising field marketing activities and supporting promotional events

Sales Management

Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts annual agreements and target plans
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer portfolios


Qualifications :

Strong analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Customeroriented mindset with excellent communication and sales abilities
Ability to collaborate in an intercultural environment and work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Leadership skills motivation and adaptability
Consumer trade knowledge preferred
Fluent in English both verbal and written
