Working Hours: 14hour shifts 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

Service Users: Young People aged up to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Difficulties (LD)
Qualifications Required: Relevant qualifications in childcare or support work are desirable
Experience in Years Required: Experience in residential childcare or support work is preferred

Who we are looking for
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare a strong understanding of EBD and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to commit to a minimum of 10 shifts per month with the option to undertake additional shifts is essential.

Currently operating one home in Briercliffe the company has plans to expand with another home in Preston. The organisation is dedicated to offering tailored support to young people with EBD and mild LD focusing on creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
