Responsibilities:
Provide customer technical support through phone email or in person communication and thoroughly track these interactions through the JIRA ticketing system
Assist customers in optimizing system performance to deliver the best overall experience possible
Coordinate escalation with internal engineering teams when necessary
Complete customer system installations onsite at customer locations to include physical installation software configuration and validation testing
Troubleshoot technical issues involving radio frequency IP networking and/or Linux command line
Deliver training courses to customers and partners
Maintain in depth knowledge of current technology and customer use cases
Support customer technical demonstrations
This role requires up to 50 travel 25 is typical.
Qualifications:
BS degree in relevant technical discipline and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
Comfortable operating in a Linux environment with solid fundamental understanding of networking systems and software
Experience with networked devices telecommunications radio frequency electronic warfare or machine learning/ artificial intelligence systems
Excellent customer facing soft skills and ability to deliver in highpressure technical environments
You keep yourself up to date with the latest technologies tools and methods to be effective in your role
Previous experience working in the Defence industry is highly favourable. Relevant experience working in industries such as medical aerospace or IT are also favourable
