Job Description

Do you have experience in Business Development with a strong network in South Africa within the Forex market

Our client is a Seychelles regulated FX Broker and they are seeking to hire experienced Business Development Managers to join their team remotely.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the South African Forex market. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base forging strategic partnerships and enhancing their presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities within the Forex market in South Africa
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the forex industry
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored trading solutions and services to meet their requirements
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management
  • Strong Network in the Forex Market (South Africa)
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the forex market including trading platforms products regulations and industry trends.
  • Fluent in English any other languages will be considered as advantage
  • Strong network of contacts within the forex industry including brokers institutional investors and potential clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships negotiate effectively and close sales
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies


Salary depends on the experience of each candidate. This is a Fulltime remote role with a monthly salary commissions.
