Role: Head HR Delhi
Experience: 1015 years
Salary: Up to 20 LPA
About the role
Were looking for an experienced HR Head to help us grow and make our workplace even better. Youll be in charge of all things HR from hiring great people to making sure everyone feels happy and supported. This is a chance to really shape our companys future!

- Create our HR plan: Work with the leaders to make sure our HR strategies help us reach our goals.
- Hire and keep great people: Find talented people to join our team and make sure they want to stay.
- Build a positive workplace: Make our company a place where everyone feels valued and enjoys working.
- Help people learn and grow: Create training programs to help our team improve their skills.
- Improve how we manage performance: Make sure everyone knows whats expected and has opportunities to grow.
- Make sure everyone feels good: Focus on mental health worklife balance and making sure everyone is happy.
- Make our workplace fair and inclusive: Create a place where everyone feels welcome and respected.
- Run HR smoothly: Make sure all our HR processes are efficient and follow the rules.
What Were Looking For:
- A Masters degree in HR or a related field.
- 1015 years of HR experience (experience in the development sector is a plus).
- Experience creating and implementing HR plans.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other common office tools.
- Someone who enjoys working independently and in a fastpaced environment.
- Someone who loves building teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
