Job Description

We seek a driven energetic and teamoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment to join our Channel Marketing team as a Channel Marketing Manager. This role will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns supporting product launches and optimizing instore and digital retail experiences to drive brand awareness and sales growth in select key retailers. The ideal candidate can multitask and thrives in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment. This role will take ownership to understand consumer and retailer needs opportunities and then develop execute and analyze performance.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers including instore digital and omnichannel initiatives 

  • Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sellthrough growth and revenue goals 

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Product and Brand Marketing to tailor marketing efforts per retailer 

  • Manage and implement product launch support ensuring timely of marketing assets training materials and promotional campaigns. 

  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitive activities and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisionmaking 

  • Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy 

  • Own weekly reporting of retailer sellthrough and marketing executions. 

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives. 

 


Qualifications :

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree is required (communications or marketing major preferred) 

  • 25 years of experience in channel marketing retail marketing or trade marketing preferably within the consumer goods or electronics industry. 

  • Keen understanding of consumer products as well as emerging consumer technologies 

  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Selfdirected problemsolver 

  • Excellent project management skills
