Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst is a highly collaborative role that works with HR and all other business units to meet their information needs and is responsible for the administration and reporting of all HR systems. This role will ensure the HRISsystem is accurate functional and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with HRIS/HR and a passion for datadriven decisionmaking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HRISSystem Management

  • Administer and maintain HRISsystem (UKG) ensuring data accuracy integrity and compliance
  • Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure proper functionality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage access control to ensure proper security and confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Data Management and Reporting

  • Create maintain and modify HRISreports dashboards and queries to provide actionable insights to HRleadership and other stakeholders
  • Support the development and distribution of HRrelated metrics and reports
  • Ensure data accuracy of HRprocesses such as recruitment onboarding payroll benefits performance management and employee records

Training and User Support

  • Provide training and support to endusers across the organization
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for the system
  • Serve and point of contact for HRISrelated queries

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • 3 years of general HRexperience
  • 2years of HR system experience as an administrator of the platform.
  • ExperienceusingBusiness Intelligence tools such as Power BI Cognos etc.
  • Abilityto handle confidential and sensitive employee and company data in a professional manner.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy teamoriented environment and have a roll up your sleeves and win every day mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being selfdriven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detailoriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas scrutinize and evaluate arguments find inconsistencies and errors in work and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:

  • Experience using UKG human resources software.
  • Experience in project management methodology.
  • HRIP or related HR Certification

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional overnight travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climatecontrolled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
