Experians Integrated Marketing team is seeking a detailoriented digital marketing specialist to facilitate project make web updates manage web technology integrations oversee web analytics reporting and support chatbot optimization for Experians Integrated Marketing team.
You will focus on operationalizing digital technologies and ensuring the performance and alignment of reporting across web properties. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing your work will ensure that digital tools and analytics platforms are utilized effectively to optimize website performance and improve user experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Execute on SEO strategy to optimize revenue generation increase organic rankings and make incremental improvements to traffic and conversions online
Assist with digital project and delivery including web updates stakeholder management and project implementation
Maintain the Integrated Marketing teams Wrike project calendar and oversee timelines for web initiatives
Manage and optimize Drift chat performance including AI updates and chatbot conversation flows
Lead adoption and updates of 6Sense digital tools to improve lead tracking and engagement
Own website analytics and reporting consolidating insights for internal stakeholders via platforms like Adobe Analytics and other internal dashboards
Support the management of digital marketing tools and accounts tracking expenses in a shared budget and allocating licenses as needed
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on reporting metrics KPIs and tool adoption
