Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Focus on the highest possible standardization and automation in our Supplier Invoice Control solutions
- Responsible for the functional analysis and IT design alignment with the Process Owner Organization
- Providing proactive consulting and promoting innovative ideas processes and technologies to optimize IT support for business processes related to invoice verification
- Endtoend responsibility for areas such as IT cost monitoring security and infrastructure setup
- Collaborate with internal and external service providers as part of an international team
Qualifications :
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- A degree in business administration business informatics or a related field
- Outstanding coordination and change management skills.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management with decision makers up to CLevel.
- Very strong analytical and strategic skills in dealing with business processes.
- Ability to organize oneself well with a high level of initiative.
- Read and interpret solution KPIs to support stakeholders and Product Teams.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the SAP environment especially in financial accounting and ideally in relevant invoice control processes
- Fluent English language skills. Basic German language skills beneficial.
