Position Description:The Associate Director of Accounting exists for the purpose of providing leadership and support to the financial needs of our company. This is accomplished by handling the primary duties and responsibilities of the role to help keep an accurate picture of the financial health of the organization and to help make datadriven decisions that align with our growth mindset.
MUST HAVEs:
- Experience in management of finance or accounting staff
- 5 years of experience in related fields (i.e. business finance accounting)
- Ability to navigate computers proficiently with programs or software systems experience
- Ability to plan effectively
