The role:
Join our team to lead sustainability packaging initiatives! This critical role oversees sustainability packaging reporting to ensure compliance and proficiency in delivering impactful sustainability projects. You will manage countrylevel implementation details including securing Commercial approval. Take charge of Sustainability Packaging reporting and be an essential member of the ANZ Sustainability Team contributing to our Responsible Business strategic pillar.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop build lead crossfunctional teams for achieving objectives and driving accountability.
- Drive accountability in core teams to ensure timely decisionmaking effective stakeholder communication adherence to processes contingency planning and .
- Ensure a clear project scope and strategy aligned resource needs and comprehensive spend forecasts are in place.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines with crossfunctional input integrating key deliverables and local market launch activities while considering dependencies and resource requirements.
- Facilitate functional areas probability of success assessments in support of portfolio pipeline activities.
- Identify issues and drive resolution with guidance developing proficiency in the process.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are established for all projects.
- Communicate significant changes to the aligned business case quickly and efficiently to appropriate leadership via the existing change control process.
- Sustainability reporting
- Ensure the accuracy of project content by working closely with data owners from the crossfunctional project team.
- Align and deliver all key project milestones to support relevant metrics.
- Codevelop align and track project budgets communicating variances rapidly.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Project Management leadership
- Ability to drive accountability and influence for change.
- Strong Time Management and organisational skills
- Risk Management Identifies assesses and mitigates risks develops contingency plans
- ProblemSolving: Analyses problems generates solutions implements corrective actions
- Financial Acumen: Understands budgeting manages project costs ensures financial viability
- Experience with Project Management Tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
