Job Description
Job Summary:
As the Deputy Head of Product Management you will play a key role in shaping Manatals B2B SaaS strategy. You will drive the ProductLed Growth (PLG) strategy collaborate with engineering teams and ensure customercentric innovation in our products.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy for B2B SaaS solutions.
- Leverage PLG (ProductLed Growth) methodologies to drive user adoption and business success.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with engineering design and marketing teams to enhance product features.
- Establish product roadmaps and lead from ideation to release.
Requirements:
- Excellent/native English proficiency with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Experience with PLG is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Leadership experience and ability to work crossfunctionally.
