Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.
Receive invoices & check requests review paperwork and contact the person of interest for missing documentation post the invoices into D365 Business Central ERP Accounting System
Prepare a weekly AP report on Mondays and process checks (print them put their backups stamps them paid and mail them)
Send emails & make and receive phone calls
Receive and sort internal delivery of mail
Receive review & process Aid & Assistance applications
Review and post credit card charges from American Executive Amex Airplane & Amex Mission.
Assist AP Supervisor & Controller with any request they may assign
Prepare expense reports as needed
Help walkin vendors with payment status issue their checks
Mail checks and file invoices accordingly
Assist other departments and outside companies for any payment inquiries
Establish & maintain great working relationships with vendors
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
Associates in Accounting and pursuing a Bachelors in Accounting or 5 Years of Accounts Payable experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Inventory software.
