Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements MIS reports and monthly/quarterly closing activities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory returns.
- Monitor cash flow budgets and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Assist in implementing and improving internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Liaise with vendors clients and internal departments regarding invoicing and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in a corporate or mid-size business environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books or ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
