We are looking for a talented midweight to senior productminded designer with a versatile skillset to join our growing team. In this role youll play a key part in crafting exceptional customer experiences balancing user needs with business goals while delivering value efficiently without sacrificing quality. Were seeking a team player with a curious selfdriven mindset who thrives in a fastpaced iterative environment.
This role will be highly collaborative. Youll work closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and proactively deliver solutions leading the design process from idea to to craft intuitive and impactful web and product experiences.
What youll do
- Lead the product design lifecycle for our inhouse responsive web applications
- Map out and optimise customer journeys to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with teams and business areas across the whole company
- Champion a customercentric approach to design
- Conduct user research interviews and testing to inform design strategies
- Contribute to our design system and its maintenance
- Support marketing efforts through impactful visual design when required
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
What youll need
- Around 5 years professional design experience across responsive web design
- A strong portfolio showcasing your abilities across both product and visual design with an emphasis on product design.
- Experience having a close working relationship with developers and iterating.
- Experience working on an internal facing product
- Experience with conducting your own UX research
- A high proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping.
- A proven track record in crafting CXfocussed designs that have measurably improved customer experience.
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
- Experience in campaign creation and delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills.
- High standards and attention to detail.
