Job Description
Are you an organized and proactive Traffic Planner looking to take the next step in your career At Pleco we re seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development of traffic management plans and ensure smooth safe operations across a variety of worksites.
What You ll Do:
- Prepare accurate supplementary documents such as options analysis and risk assessment if required
- Optimisation in RapidPlan drafting and plan layout efficiency
- Maintain a high quality of plans to avoid major escalations from the client/counterpart
- Utilisation based on TGS count; Meet the target of 2 TGS/day
- Follow client requirements and instructions which include general scoping and coordinating clarifications efficiently
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Experienced Traffic Planner - Australian or NZ
- Experience in preparing traffic guidance schemes traffic management plans and traffic control plans per relevant state and national legislation.
- Qualifications and experience in the interpretation and application of relevant state and national traffic management legislation including Acts Regulations Codes of Practice guides and associated documents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles Experience working with Xero (required) Prior experience working with Australian clients or in a similar business setup is an advantage Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting (strong academic background preferred). Advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.) Comfortable preparing quotes and basic financial reports High level of accuracy and attention to detail
