Role Overview:
As a Working Student you will have the unique opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic international environment. You will support our project leads and lead consultants in the successful delivery of projects contribute to business development activities and assist in creating highquality presentations and reports. This role offers an excellent platform to learn and grow providing valuable insights into the consulting industry
We will rely on you to:
Project Support: Assist in the delivery of projects by providing administrative and research support.
Presentation Creation: Develop and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Business Development: Support business development initiatives including market research proposal preparation and client outreach
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project leads and lead consultants to ensure timely and successful project .

What you need to have:
Fluency in both German and English is essential. Fluency in other European languages (i.e. French Italian Spanish) would be a bonus.
Student status: You are a student of psychology or HR studies
Strong organizational communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is essential.
