As aService Management Specialist you will be responsible for executing and improving key Service Management processes including Major Incident Problem Change and Transition Management. You will collaborate with IT Delivery Teams PMO and other IT teams to ensure services meet their Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and business needs. By proactively monitoring service performance and implementing best practices you will enhance service reliability and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
