What You Will Do:
- Assist in performing helpdesk support.
- Assist in troubleshooting unpacks sets up & configures servers computers & mobile devices.
- Provide support in performing routine maintenance of systems.
- Respond to user inquiries & assists users in resolving software & hardware problems.

This is a temporary position involving various duties that will supplement the students major field of study &/or provide experience that is a useful addition to the students education & meaningful preparing for future professional employment.
Rate of pay is based upon the students academic status (determined by the college or university):
Freshman and Sophomore Students: $19.50 per hour
Junior and Senior Students: $20.00 per hour
Graduate Students: $24 per hour
This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
This position is unclassified per Section 124.11(A)29.
The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicants prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and in good academic standing.
