About Us:
Were a thriving familyowned practice located in the charming market town of Tamworth. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Youll have the autonomy to lead innovate and mentor while being part of a closeknit team committed to delivering the highest standards of veterinary care. Our spacious airconditioned practice is equipped with all the highend technology you need.
You will be working with our Partners and alongside 4 vets 6 nurses 3 receptionists and 2 practice managers.
The Role
As our Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will work closely with the Practice Owners and be supported by our skilled Practice Manager and clinical team. Your focus will be on delivering highquality veterinary care and mentoring junior vets to help them realise their potential. Ideally you will have experience with complex surgical and medical cases allowing you to support and guide your colleagues effectively. Youll also collaborate with the Practice Owners to enhance performance and care standards.
