Job Description
Identify business needs and identify weaknesses.
Evaluate and analyze business practices and procedures.
Compile and present research findings and recommendations.
Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
Organization and management of commercial projects.
Provide guidance when problems challenges or problematic situations arise.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the project.
Requirements
Prior business consulting experience preferred.
Masters or Masters in a beneficial specialist business area.
Strong research and data collection skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Have knowledge of various operational areas such as IT HR training and marketing.
Excellent communication communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with a variety of business management software such as commercial invoicing programs word processing programs CRMs databases and asset management software.
