We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our innovative educational setting in Maidenhead. This role involves working with 122 pupils aged 416 years with complex needs associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapists Occupational Therapists and Art Therapists working closely with the schools objectives ethos and teaching practices.
As an Occupational Therapist you will manage your own clinical caseload be a key player in pupil referrals and optimize therapy services. You will champion continuous professional development to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Your role includes advising families and teaching staff on pupils development to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people. Additionally you will provide both 1:1 and group therapy sessions for individuals and groups of pupils.
