Job Description
Home Health Physical Therapist - Springfield IL
Were seeking a compassionate PT for in-home therapy services in Springfield. Enjoy flexibility while providing one-on-one therapy and mobility education to patients recovering or managing chronic conditions.
Primary Functions:
- Conduct PT assessments and adjust plans as needed
- Support caregivers with home safety education
- Supervise PTAs and document all interventions
Work Schedule:
- MondayFriday with one weekend every six weeks
- Holiday shifts on rotation
Travel: Must be willing to travel locally in Springfield and nearby towns.
