Home Health Physical Therapist
Location: Jackson MS & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time MondayFriday (8:00 AM5:00 PM with flexibility)
Travel: Local travel to patient homes (20% of the day)

What Youll Do
- Deliver skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes as part of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic treatment
- Help patients restore mobility reduce pain and improve quality of life
- Document and report on patient progress using EMR systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on care techniques and rehabilitation exercises
What Youll Need
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Mississippi
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home health preferred but not required)
- Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
- Comfort using tablets mobile devices and EMR software
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding care
Schedule
- MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- Flexible case load with support from dedicated schedulers
