Join Seven Network as our new Sales Coordinator on the Gold Coast!
The Opportunity
As a Sales Coordinator at Seven you will play a strategic role in enhancing client service engagement and delivering sustainable growth for Seven Network.
Based on the Gold Coast and reporting to the Gold Coast Sales Manager youll collaborate closely with Sales Executives internal departments and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering customerfocused services to clients ensuring their needs are met.
- Developing skills in media buying planning and understanding the media landscape.
- Creating booking and maintaining advertising placements for client TV campaigns tailored to their target audience.
- Managing internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns.
- Regularly engaging with internal departments to ensure advertising campaign success.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Providing administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager.
- Assisting with receptionist duties when required.
About You
You will be a proactive detailoriented and clientfocused Sales Coordinator who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
You will have:
- Customerfacing experience (e.g. retail sales call centre hospitality or marketing)
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail analytical and data entry skills.
- Great time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
