Join our team at UNSWs Nucleus: Student Hub where youll be the first point of contact for students seeking tailored enrolment and progression advice managing webform requests and core student administrative processes. In this role youll balance highvolume tasks with complex case management combining empathy professional expertise and a studentcentred approach to guide students through their academic journey and ensure they receive the support they need.
Reporting to one of our Student Services Manager/Team Leaders youll develop program expertise within a designated Faculty area and work both autonomously and collaboratively across teams. Your strong critical thinking judgement and technical proficiency will enable you to effectively manage processes requests and interactions ensuring accuracy and quality while adhering to policy and procedure in a fastpaced highvolume environment.

We support flexible work arrangements with the expectation that the successful candidate will typically work three days on campus and two days from home. During peak periods or as business needs require this oncampus attendance may increase.
