We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Xsolla. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement drive organizational culture and ensure alignment across the company. You will work closely with leadership to communicate key messages initiatives and updates to employees in a clear and compelling manner.

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
- Support the implementation of internal communications strategies that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in creating communication plans for organizational initiatives ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Content Creation:
- Draft and edit internal communications such as newsletters announcements and reports ensuring they are clear and engaging.
- Collaborate on the production of multimedia content (videos presentations etc. to support communication efforts.
- Employee Engagement:
- Help foster a culture of open communication by maintaining and managing channels for employee feedback and involvement.
- Assist in organizing internal events town halls and workshops to share updates and encourage dialogue.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR marketing and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support leadership in delivering clear and effective communication about changes initiatives and key messages.
- Measurement and Analysis:
- Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys feedback and engagement metrics.
- Contribute ideas to improve communication strategies based on data and insights.
- Crisis Communication:
- Support the development of internal crisis communication plans to ensure accurate information is shared during critical situations.
- Coordinate with teams to support messaging during times of need.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in communications marketing or a related field.
- Preference for candidates in Raleigh but also open to candidates in eastern timezone.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of communication tools and platforms (e.g. email marketing intranet systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
$60000 $90000 a year
